The historic industrial site, which housed Anthos canning and is a landmark for the area, is at the exit of Nafplio towards Epidaurus. Spread over a total area of 5,000 square meters, it includes large outdoor areas and a typical 36-meter-high smokestack.
FOUGARO ARTCENTER, an Interactive Artwork, has been operating since 2005, through the activities of the Library and THE STORE, operating in different venues. Workshops, educational programs, seminars, concerts and exhibitions have been taking place since 2005 in Athens and Nafplio, in collaboration with other cultural institutions, such as the Peloponnesian Folklore Foundation, Harvard Center for Hellenic Studies, Art Gallery 24, The Roda Publications. and the Nafplio Festival.
